Resort, Booking & Cleaning Fees
A nightly Resort Fee is charged per unit, per night and helps support resort amenities and services, including resort pools, fitness center access, beach access, and Wi-Fi. The fee is based on accommodation size and season, as shown below. A 12% Booking Fee is also applied to the accommodation charges for each reservation.

Cleaning Fee
A separate Cleaning Fee is applied once per reservation to cover standard departure cleaning and preparation of the accommodation for the next guest. Cleaning fees vary based on unit size and seasonality.
Property Protection Plan
A mandatory, one-time Property Protection Plan fee is charged per reservation based on unit size: 1 bedroom $69 | 2 bedrooms $79 | 3 bedrooms $89 | 4 bedrooms $109 | 5 bedrooms $129 | 6 bedrooms $149 | 7+ bedrooms $169. The plan covers up to $3,000 in damage and replaces the need for a general refundable security deposit; the separate refundable pet deposit still applies to pet-friendly reservations.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is guaranteed by 4:00 PM. If your accommodation is ready earlier, we’ll be happy to provide access as soon as possible, but early check-in cannot be guaranteed. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. This allows our housekeeping team adequate time to thoroughly clean, inspect, and prepare the accommodation for the next arriving guest. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to check in to a Pamilla Beach Resort vacation home or condominium.
Deposit & Payment Policy
A deposit equal to 10% of the total reservation value, including accommodation charges, taxes, resort and booking fees, and any applicable package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 90% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. Once a reservation is booked, any deposit paid will be forfeited if the reservation is canceled.
Pet Policy
While we love furry friends, pets are only permitted in accommodations specifically designated as pet friendly. A $150 pet fee and $200 refundable pet deposit apply per reservation. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law and are not subject to the Pet Policy.
Smoking Policy
Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are not permitted inside any Pamilla Beach Resort rental accommodation. A minimum $400 fee may be assessed if smoking or vaping occurs within the accommodation. Additional cleaning or damage charges may also apply.
Quiet Enjoyment & Resort Conduct
We want every guest to enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay at Pamilla Beach Resort. Please be considerate of neighboring accommodations and follow all resort guidelines and local noise ordinances. We also ask that guests observe all local rules related to beach use, alcohol, fires, fireworks, beach equipment, and other activities. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in additional fees or removal from the property.
